VMware’s 2.1 release of VDM brought with it the option to ‘Allow blocking of incoming RDP connections that are not from VDM Clients’.

This is great, but what if you want to administer the Virtual Machines using RDP?

Having just left the Hands On Lab for the VDI session I can reveal that VMware’s implementation of the Propero software connection broker looks very slick indeed. The new software called VMware Desktop Manager (VDM) was shown to us completely, with installation procedures, configuration etc.
