VMware Storage Management
Apparently, VMware are considering inviting storage vendors to write plugins to VirtualCenter to allow better interactivity with storage.
Whilst this seems like a logical step, without clarification it would have made some storage management vendors a little nervous. However, VMware seemed to have qualified their end goal, by saying that they just want to amalgamate centralised management, with VirtualCenter becoming the hub.
