VMworld Sessions (2007-10-30)

Finally, all the VMworld session material can now be found on the VMworld website.
It has been decided that this website will be a permanent feature and not only when the event is active.
This is great news, because it means that the sessions will be available all year round.

ESX 3.5 Release and Prices (2007-10-8)

According to virtualization.info ESX 3.5 is due to be released in December this year. Lots of the rumoured functionality seems to be in tact and there is going to be an all new ESX structure.

DataCore Speed Boost (2007-10-8)

I haven’t posted for a while as I have been revising for the VMware Certification, now it is over, I’m back to business.
DataCore, the storage virtualisation vendors, have just announced massive improvements to the data acceleration product, UpTempo.
Uptempo speeds up the likes of SQL, Exchange etc, using caching algorithms amongst other things.
