Capacity Planner
Having just got out of a Capacity Planner best practices partner event, I must say, I didn’t learn anything new.
I wouldn’t mind, but it was penned as an advanced technical solution track.
I did, however, get the chance to voice my concerns about registration in the UK during the Q&A session. VMware were very surprised by my experiences of slow registration and poor communication etc. Thankfully there was another UK partner present who relayed similar experiences.
The senior technical consultant did reassure me that if we ever have any problems again then we can contact him directly and he will give as much help as possible.
