VMware TCO Calculator
I remembered coming across this great free tool a while ago, but whilst I was at VMworld the VMware guys reminded me of how handy it is.

It is a clever calculator that will work out how much money can be saved by virtualising a current infrastructure. It is a great sales tool, but can also be handy in capacity planning documents.The reason it is so useful in capacity planner documents is that after a while we have all the information in CP that is needed to do a faithful ROI/TCO calculation.
