Veeam
Sometimes it is nice to meet the people behind products that you use all the time. Especially when they are smaller companies with approachable staff.
Veeam are at VMworld showcasing the new version of Veeam Reporter amongst other things.
They have a great stand and have everyone from the President down to junior marketeers.
I spoke to Ratmir Timashev (President & CEO) and he was very interested in my ideas for improving FastSCP to make a chargeable version of it. Hopefully some of my suggestions might get implemented and I can ditch some of the other applications that I still use regularly alongside FastSCP.
